What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Boogera offers free shipping worldwide in many countries. In other areas, shipping costs apply.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can choose the following payment methods:

Credit card (Stripe) – Connect with Stripe to offer secure credit card payments.

PayPal – Create a PayPal user to allow your customers to pay with PayPal or credit card.

How long will delivery take?

We ship as soon as possible but it may vary depending on what time of day an order is placed, day of the week and stock levels.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

1. Once we receive your order submission, we have to authenticate your payment.
2. When we are happy that the payment has reflected, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been processed.
3. When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive another email informing you of this. We will inform you of postage with a tracking number you can follow.
4. Your package arrives.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Your invoice is the receipt of your order. Once you have completed your order with payment, your invoice will be available to download from your account. This invoice also includes the VAT details of your order.
