This Week Has Been Difficult
Hi, I’m Merilee, and this is week 5 of my 6-week blogging challenge. This week I have been, to be honest, having a harder time with scheduling, I’ve had a lot to do at work, and most of my focus has gone there.
I want to be the best employee that I can be so most of my time is spent making sure my projects get done, but when I come home I find that I’ve been slacking a little bit.
I know that this is something that I need to be better at and I can’t be too hard on myself because things don’t always go according to plan, so you have to plan for the unexpected.
I’m not going to be too hard on myself. This is something I will do better next time.
Plans for Next Week
Next week, I want to refocus since this week got away from me. I want to be more vigilant because I am committed to this 6-week challenge. I want to finish and make sure that I do everything that I want to do.
Next week is going to be a little bit lighter, there are a few things that I need to reschedule because I want to make this happen, and so I’m going to dedicate more time and write another blog post, maybe two if I have time.
I at least want to commit to what I have already, but hopefully throw in some more things that I’ve been thinking about.
Give Yourself a Break
The tip I have for this week is give yourself a break. You don’t have to be perfect at everything, and know that life gets in the way, so the best thing you can do is try better next time, and don’t feel too bad if things don’t go according to plan.
